PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag holder capable of holding folding parts on both sides of a bag from both face and back sides by solving problems that a conventional bag holder is not developed on the assumption that a bag has the folding parts on both sides, and bag holding members hold an opening part of the bag from both the inside and the outside, and thus, the folding parts on both sides of the bag cannot be held by the bag holding members from the face and back sides in the folded condition. SOLUTION: This bag holder comprises stays 2 and 2 continuously erected on a base 1 with a predetermined interval therebetwee, and a pair of the bag holding members 3 and 3 which are provided with bases 4 and 4 on upper ends of the stays 2 and 2 and hold upper ends 101a and 101a of the folding parts 101 and 101 on both sides of the bag 100 from both the face and back sides of the bag 100.
