摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reuse of a powder material in a shaping technique for producing shapes from the powder material using an adhesive liquid. SOLUTION: When the powder material is three-dimensionally shaped by binding it with the help of the adhesive liquid, a pyrolitic adhesive, a coloring material and a photolytic titanium are added to the adhesive liquid. Then when the shapes 91 are through with their use purposes such as design evaluation, the shapes are conveyed into a disintegrating device 200 and are heated by a blower 202 and a heater 203. Thus the pyrolitic adhesive is decomposed by heating and the shapes 91 are disintegrated into powder. Further, ultraviolet rays are emitted by an ultraviolet light irradiation part 201 and the coloring material is decomposed by titanium oxide resulting in the decoloring of the powder. In this way, the shapes 91 are reduced to the reusable white powder material.
