PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disgorging and baiting machine capable of readily disgorging a caught fish without grasping the fish with the hand, and further capable of rapidly attaching a bait to a fishhook. SOLUTION: A narrow groove 21 for passing a fishline 2 from the outer periphery to the inside of a fish-receiving plate 20 is formed in the fish-receiving plate 20, and a fishhook-passing opening 22 is opened at the end terminal of the narrow groove 21. A fishhook-hooking pin 30 is extended so as to cross the fishhook-passing opening 22 of the fish-receiving plate 20, and supported at the position at which the fishhook 1 disgorged from the mouth part 4a of the fish 4 is hooked by the pin 30 when the fishline is pulled in the direction oblique to the mouth part 4a of the fish 4 put from the lower side to the surrounding of the fishhook-passing opening 22. A paste bait 3 is attached to the fishhook 1 hooked by the fishhook-hooking pin 30 and set free from the tip 31, by pressing the paste bait 3 by a prescribed amount, to the fishhook 1 by a baiting structure 40. The position of the paste bait 3 attached to the fishhook 1 is properly adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the tip 31 of the fishhook-hooking pin 30 to a bait-extruding opening 70 in the vertical and the horizontal direction.
