SOLUTION: A counter-sunk part 5 having the width of 0.01-0.5 mm from an inner wall 9a of a punch guide when viewed in the direction orthogonal to the punch passing direction, and the depth of 0.5-1.5 mm from a lower end face 9b of a punched hole when viewed in the passing direction of the punch 2 is provided in an area on the punch outlet side in an inner wall of the punched hole 8 of a stripper 1.
