<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe melting method of a metallic material and a raw material for refining by which effective utilization of waste plastics and cost reduction of heat source or carbon source in the melting and the refining of the metallic material are attained and any trouble to a furnace, the related facility and these operations is prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: The waste plastics and the listed-below supporting agents are mixed, and the mixture is compressed and integrated, or the waste plastics, lime and water are mixed and the mixture is solidified and integrated. The supporting agent includes one or more kinds of materials selected from among lime, aluminum dross, coal, coke and fluorite.</p> |
