PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of stabilizing the slide of a cutting blade tip sliding along a generating line of a conical tool body, and realizing the excellent workability and maintainability. SOLUTION: The cutting tool comprises a recessed groove 11 formed along the generating line L of the tool body l, a slider 16 sliding along the recessed groove 11, a spacer 12 provided between a wall surface 11a of the recessed groove 11 and the slider 16, and an urging device 15 for urging the slider 16 to the wall surface 11a side. The slider 16 has an engaging surface 16k of a V-shaped section so as to be protruded to the spacer 12 side, and the spacer 12 is formed in a V-shape so as to be recessed in the wall surface 11a, and provided with an engaged surface 12k abutted on the engaging surface 16k.
