摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for injecting a plastic lens raw material in a lens mold, which is constituted by winding a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape around the peripheral surfaces of two glass molds, preventing defects caused by the serious flaw from an appearance aspect of a plastic lens due to the mixing with the fine pieces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape regardless of the kind of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and capable of drastically enhancing the productivity of the plastic lens of high quality. SOLUTION: A guide hole molding device having held to a surface state preventing the adhesion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive substance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is made to directly pierce the pressure-sensitive tape at the place of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape where an injection hole is provided so as to provide guide hole. Then, local heating is carried out in a non-contact state to mold the injection hole and the plastic lens raw material is injected from the injection hole thus molded.
