PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a skin color right now, a degree of the skin damage by UV rays and changes with time in the skin color in an easily understandable manner both whether the skin care is performed or not, in giving advice on beauty from the colorimetric value of the skin. SOLUTION: The skin of the specific area of the subject is subjected to colorimetry and the colorimetric value is systematically displayed. The changes in the skin color of the specific area of the case where the taking care of the skin is applied to the subject or the case where the taking care of the skin is not applied to the subject are determined in accordance with data base, in which the colorimetric values of the skin at the specific areas, age and the changes in the calorimetric values of the skin of the specific areas of the case where the taking care of the skin is applied to the respective persons and the case where the taking care of the skin is not applied to the persons relating to the plural persons with lapse of time are made correspondent. The changes thereof with lapse of time are then displayed.
