PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid preserving device capable of reliably preventing the liquid in the container from being oxidized without any troublesome work, and to provide a liquid preserving device capable of preserving the carbonate beverage. SOLUTION: An evacuation plug 2 is installed in an opening part of a bottle A, and the air within the bottle A is sucked by a vacuum pump 4 so that the wine left in the bottle A is prevented from being oxidized. Thus, the wine in the bottle A can be preserved for a long time without impairing the taste of the wine. No troublesome work necessary for a work by a conventional manual pump is required. In addition, a pressurizing plug is installed in the opening part of a PET bottle, and the inside of the PET bottle is pressurized by the gaseous carbon dioxide in a gas cylinder 5. Thus, the coke beverage left in the PET bottle can be preserved for a long time without impairing the taste of the coke beverage. |
