PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic copper foil manufacturing device by which the breakage and cracking of the green foil caused in manufacturing electrolytic copper foil, especially extremely thin copper foil, are prevented. SOLUTION: The electrolytic copper foil manufacturing device is provided with a rotary cathode drum and an anode facing the drum and surrounding a part of the periphery. A copper electrolyte is allowed to flow between the drum and anode to electrodeposit copper on the drum, and the electrodeposited copper foil is released from the drum to continuously manufacture copper foil. In this case, an edge anode facing the drum is disposed on both sidewalls of the anode.
