PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive sheet equipped with a peeling liner showing excellent peeling property without containing silicone and showing a good adhesiveness. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet comprises a peeling liner made from a fluorine material and an adhesive layer comprising an adhesive composition containing a polymer having a repeating unit represented by formula (1) wherein R is a linear or branched 2-20C hydrocarbon. The adhesive sheet is laminated on an adhesive layer with a peeling liner which is a substrate film resin-treated with a polymer mainly composed of a perfluoropolyether, and the peeling force of the peeling liner from the adhesive layer may be not higher than 1 N/50 mm width.
