PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation implement and its use program capable of recovering performance function by imparting subjects such as physically challenging persons, dementia patients, and aged with voluntarily and enough interested feeling in training for recovering physical function, motivation and the power of concentration, and efficiently relearning the action and the posture control of the whole body required for daily life. SOLUTION: This rehabilitation implement is formed of a structure constructed by connecting plural rods to form a frame, and plural musical instruments having a flexible arm having a securing part at one end, and the musical instruments are mounted in arbitrary positions and directions of the structure. The physical function recovery training program is such that the subjects play musical instruments of the implement arbitrarily or according to the instruction.
