PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely distinguish between an operation state and a stopping state in a continuous mode. SOLUTION: When turning on a start/stop switch (ST1), an oscillating frequency generating part 34 and an air blowing motor are operated (ST2), an air quantity dial 4 is checked, and whether a mode is the continuous mode or a timer mode is determined (ST3 and ST7). In the continuous mode, the operation state is displayed by a dynamic movement of a segment, and is announced by a buzzer sound at every specific time (ST4 and ST5). When turning off the start/stop switch, an oscillating unit is stopped, an oscillator is turned off (ST10 and ST11), and the air blowing motor is also stopped (ST12). When this state is in the continuous mode, an operation stopping state is displayed by still characters '00' (ST14).
