<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing full-ripe organic fertilizers of high qualities which allows composting by a short-period fermentation technique even in the case of hardly decomposable organic wastes included in raw materials, allows industrial mass production, allows a cost reduction by eliminating the need for a special ancillary equipment and does not give rise to secondary environmental pollution. SOLUTION: The full-ripe organic fertilizers (M) are manufactured by (a) successively feeding garbage (A), bovine dung (B) moisture control agents (F), pulverized bamboo charcoal (C), fermentation accelerators (D) containing effective microorganisms, and bamboo vinegar liquid (E) to a mixing blender, mixing and agitating these materials, (2) subjecting the mixture to control of moisture to form putrefactive organic wastes (A') having a moisture content of 55 to 60%, (3) aerobically and anaerobically subjecting the putrefactive organic wastes (A') to a primary high-degree fermentation up to 70 to 85 deg.C by effective microorganism groups, (4) further, aerobically and anaerobically subjecting these wastes to a secondary middle-degree fermentation up to 50 to 68 deg.C and (5) aerobically and anaerobically subjecting the intermediate-degree organic fermentation products (L) subjected to the secondary middle-degree fermentation to ternary maturation fermentation at an ordinary temperature of 30 to 40 deg.C.</p> |
