PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a printer that the speed of a paper sheet dispensing roller to carry a paper sheet becomes faster than before to reduce the printing quality at the moment when the rear end of the paper sheet comes out of the part between a paper sheet feeding roller and a pressing roller to the printing region. SOLUTION: The paper sheet feeding roller and the pressing roller are disposed on the front side in the printing region, and the paper sheet dispensing roller 50 and a ring body are disposed on the rear side in the printing region of the printer. A coil spring 90 is engaged slackly with the rotation axis 51 of the paper sheet dispensing roller 50, and one end of the coil spring 90 is fixed to a spring receiving surface 52 on the paper sheet dispensing roller 50 side. A washer 91 is disposed between the other end of the coil spring 90 and a bearing 80. The coil spring 90 applies the side pressure on the paper sheet dispensing roller 50.
