PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably set a turning angle of a back part 17 and a step 23 to a seat part 11, and to hold a seating posture of a baby in a proper position in a seating device for the baby of a baby buggy and a baby chair. SOLUTION: When rotating the back part 17 to the seat part 11, an interlocking lever 39 having one end side installed in a lower part of the back part 17 pushes a back face of the step 23, to decide the turning angle of the step 23. Thus, an angle of three members of the back part 17, the seat part 11 and the step 23 can be always optimized.
