PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder r material treatment device which is unified in setting means for respective constituting members by accompanying assembly and disassembly work, is capable of eliminating the need for molding segments, such as fastening means and securing handle, as far as possible, can simplify the entire part of the assembly structure, may be set in the state of being temporally assembled by the operation of merely supporting the respective constituting members to supporting bodies 26, is simplified in assembly work, does not impair the efficiency of production in spite of an increase in work frequencies of assembling, disassembling and washing and enables workers to easily and rapidly carry out the assembly and disassembly work by accompanying the washing work, etc., even in a clean box 2 where the work described above is difficult. SOLUTION: A pair of the supporting bodies 26 having the securing means at their front ends are supported like a cantilever at frame plates 21 and engaging arm parts 33 engaging with the supporting bodies 26 are formed at the respective constituting members on a process chamber 31 side. The engaging arm parts 33 of the respective constituting members are born at the supporting bodies 26 and a front cover 310 is fixed to the securing means, by which the treating device is constituted assemblably and disassemblably.
