PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a material for making a printing face, which is suitable for printing images different from one another times out of number with one and the same thereof and excellent in surface characteristics and processing characteristics, so as to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: A recyclable plate has a printing face 54 equipped with a metal titanium layer 52. In order to create a printing image, the plate is selectively and spottedly turned hydrophilic by being supplied with a controlled energy supplier 56. After printing, the image on the plate can be erased through the supplying of heat 514.
