PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tray and to package an article in the same line, and to suppress the cost of the tray as a result by arranging a configuration in which inexpensive non-barrier trays with much stock on the market are purchased, and the non-barrier trays are changed into a gas barrier structure on the same line as a packaging machine. SOLUTION: A supporting frame 11 for loading a large number of trays as packaging containers, a pressure-proof chamber 14 with an upper box 12 and a lower box 13 vertically and relatively opened/closed, a sealing means 15, and a cutting means 16 are arranged on a frame base 10. A gas-barrier seal film 19 is pressed against the tray with the differential pressure generated in the pressure-proof chamber 14 installed in a forward area of an area for filling the article to be packaged in the tray led from the supporting frame 11, and each tray is improved to be of the gas barrier structure. The article is filled in the tray in a tray carrying area, and an opening part of the tray is sealed by a cover film 21. |
