<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method for making the limit of low draft by jumping smaller and obtaining stable draft and excellent shape of a sheet when performing lubricated temper cold-rolling of a metallic strip material having the upper and lower yield points. SOLUTION: When performing the lubricated temper cold-rolling of the metallic strip material in which upper and lower yield points exist, cold-rolling is performed taking the cross angle formed by the horizontal directions of upper and lower work rolls to be >0 to <=2.0 deg. while supplying rolling and lubricating oil and taking the diameter of a work roll to be >=350 mm and the average surface roughness to be 0.2-0.9μmRa. Alternatively, cold-rolling is performed taking the different speed rate of the upper and lower work rolls of a plate mill to be in a range of 3.5-12% and the circumferential speed of the roll to be higher than the speed of the strip material on the outlet side of the rolling mill.</p> |
