PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vehicular roof openable with a wide open area, and to impart high strength to protect an occupant when the vehicle is turned sideways. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the vehicle, in particular a sedan or a coupe, provided with a movable roof part device for closing or opening at least partially a roof opening. The roof part device is provided with a roof part element, the element is guided slidably along a guide in a side part, the element is storable into a storage chamber 16 in a rear side when the roof part device is opened, the storage chamber is arranged, in particular, substantially in a lower side of a vehicular belt line 17, a rear window 13 is arranged movably in a body by a guide device and the rear window is allowed 2 down from a closing position for closing a rear window opening defined the body upto an opening position where at least one portion of the rear window is arranged in a lower side of a trunk room lid 2, serarated from the rear window opening. |
