PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material which shows satisfactory working properties such as cutting and nailing with a superb woody feel and outstanding design/recycling properties, as a decorative material to be used for a building interior finish material such as flooring, wall/ceiling materials and a facing for furnishings and electrical appliances. SOLUTION: This decorative material is constituted of a wood resin molding 1 containing a thermoplastic resin 11 and a wood filler 12 and a decorative sheet 2 composed mainly of a thermoplastic resin of the same series as the thermoplastic resin 11 contained in the wood resin molding 1, laminated on the surface of the wood resin molding 1.
