PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated molded article exerting only a little effect on environment at the time of production and having a transparent cured matter layer excellent in scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the coated molded article having the transparent cured matter layer, the inner layer coming into contact with the outermost layer in the transparent cured matter layer is a cured matter layer comprising a coating composition containing a polyfunctional compound containing two or more active energy beam curable polymerizable functional groups and a monofunctional compound having one active energy beam curable polymerizable functional group and the outermost layer is a cured matter layer comprising a polysilazane-containing coating composition.
