PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air resistance in a flow passage, and to impart high shock absorbability. SOLUTION: This air conditioner duct 1 has a duct main body 2 made of a thermoplastic resin, and reinforcing frame members 7 which are fitted respectively into two portions with a space along a longitudinal direction in an outer circumferential face of the duct main body 2, and of which the each comprises one-side reinforcing member 7a and the other-side reinforcing member 7b. The each fame member 7 is fitted into a recessed part 2a provided in the outer circumferential face of the duct main body 2 to make an outer circumferential face of the frame member 7 brought to the same face with respect to the outer circumferential face of a portion, of the duct main body 2, not provided with the frame member 7. The duct main body 2 has one wall 3 and the other wall 4 opposed with a space along an impact-applied direction (arrow-mark direction), and one sidewall 5 and the other sidewall 6 provided adjacently respectively in the side ends of the both, and the whole of its inside serves as the flow passage 10.
