PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the dimensional error of a cut width as small as possible by preventing widening of a gap between blades without greatly changing the arrangement of a conventional cutting die. SOLUTION: This mounting structure 10 has an upper platen 11 of a press, a film cutting die 13 fixed to the lower surface of the upper platen, and a cutting die retainer 12 provided at each end of the upper platen. The cutting die 13 has a base 20 extending to near each end of the upper platen 11 and a plurality of plate-shaped blades 21 embedded into the base 20 with the ends of the blades projecting from the lower surface of the base. A recess 23 is formed in the upper surface of the base 20 and a magnet 22 is fixed in the recess approximately flush with the upper surface of the base 20.
