PURPOSE: To remove electrostatic charge generated on the disk by frictional charging at the printing of information on an optical disk, etc., by using the cushioning material that consists of a fiber sheet having electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: This cushioning material consists of a fiber sheet coated with an electron conjugated system polymer having conductivity and is used for removing electrostatic charge generated on the optical disk by frictional charging in the case of manufacturing an optical disk having a surface protective layer on a metallic layer, particularly at the printing of various information on this optical disk.
