FOAM OBTAINED FROM RECYCLED OFFICIAL POSTCARD AND IT MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cushioning material and a thermal insulating material environment friendly and replacable a conventional polystyrene foam by using recycled official postcards whose cellulose is of good quality. SOLUTION: The foam having the official postcard wastepaper as the major component is composed of 10-40 wt.% paper powder component of the official postcard wastepaper and as the auxiliary agents, 25-40 wt.% starch component and 35-50 wt.% polypropylene resin component.
