PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method suitable to the improvement of quality of a reduced bulky material that is discharged and recovered, and its producing facility. SOLUTION: In a shifting hearth furnace for producing the reduced bulky material by charging iron oxide bulky material on the furnace hearth shifted in the reducing furnace and by shifting the heating and reducing zone, the reduced bulky material after reducing is sintered and discharged, and the heating zone for sintering is interfaced with the outlet side of the shifting hearth furnace.
