Compounds of the formula Iin whichX is Gly, Ala or NH-NH-CO,R1 is a radical of the formula II and R2,R3 and R4 have the meanings indicated in claim 1,and their salts,can be used as integrin inhibitors, in particular for the prophylaxis and treatment of disorders of the circulation, in thrombosis, cardiac infarct, coronary heart disorders, arteriosclerosis, in pathological processes which are supported or propagated by angiogenesis and in tumour therapy.
