PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary massage data form remaining in a storage part for a long time by deleting the message data from the storage part quickly at a stage that it is confirmed by all operators to be imparted with the message data. SOLUTION: Whether or not the message data to be imparted to operators to perform sign-on input is stored in a message storage part is checked. When the message data is stored, it is imparted and outputted. Besides, whether or not the message data to be imparted to all operators has been imparted and outputted completely is regularly or irregularly judged for every message data stored in the message storage part Then the message data judged as to has been imparted and outputted completely are successively deleted from the message storage part. |
