PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enrich services of a sales support site and to make a store objectively find the effect of an advertisement to clarify a basis of charging a commission. SOLUTION: The store registers commodity information in a sales support server 18 (S10) and presents it to a user (S12). The user reserves a commodity (S14) and pays the charge for reservation (S18). The sales support server 18 delivers a ticket to the user (S20). The user transmits the ticket to the store (S22). The store gives the user a privilege and sells the commodity for the price obtained by subtracting the charge for reservation from the fixed price of the commodity (S24). The store transmits the recovered ticket to the sales support server 18 (S16). The sales support server 18 subtracts the commission from the charge for reservation and sends money as the result to the store (S28).
