PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and a business system with which the interest of a customer can be recognized without being noticed by the customer at the time of performing negotiations and the interest of the customer can accurately be decided without depending on the ability/capability of a salesperson and a device. SOLUTION: The state of the customer inputted from a plurality of inputting means is analyzed while the main screen 2 of the electronic equipment 1 is shown to the customer (opposite party) at the time of performing negotiations, the degree of interest of the opposite party is synthetically judged, the results are notified a user through a sub screen 6, and the user expands an image on the screen 2 according to a predetermined manual on the basis of the results. Therefore, the interest of the customer can be recognized without being noticed by the customer at the time of performing the negotiations, and the interest of the customer can accurately be decided without depending on the ability/ capability of the salesperson and the device. |
