发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REGENERATIVE COMBUSTION DEODORIZATION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for regenerative combustion deodorization whose constitution is simple, can be provided at a low cost and exerts a high deodorization efficiency. SOLUTION: Deodorizers 1a, 1b each comprises a combustion chamber 2, and a pair of gas flow ports 2a, 2b disposed in the chamber with a heat reservoir 3 being provided to each of them. Gas containing odorous substances from a drying furnace 10 or the like is passed through one heat reservoir 3 for preheating and directed to the combustion chamber 2 for burning. The resultant combustion exhaust gas is passed through the other heat reservoir 3 for heat recovery, exhaust and deodorization. The gas flow is then changed to allow the heat reservoirs 3 to alternately perform preheating and heat recovery of the gas. In such a deodorizing method, two stages or more of the deodorizers 1a, 1b, are connected in series wherein the gas containing the odorous substances is deodorized through the upstream side deodorizer 1a, and further deodorized through the downstream side deodorizer 1b. When changing the gas flow of the upstream side deodorizer 1a, untreated gas that remains in the heat reservoirs 3 is permitted to flow to the downstream side deodorizer 1b for burning and deodorization treatment.
