<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell having such an arranging structure of textures as suppressing cracks or warpages, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a solar cell, where textures are arranged on the light- receiving face side of a substrate having orthogonal directions of cleavage, the textures are contiguous to each other on each bottom side formed along these directions of cleavage and the bottom side is intermittent along at least one cleavage direction.</p> |
