SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION PLAN GENERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for production plan generation which can perform unitary production control as to common components between a JIT product and a market product. SOLUTION: A 1st processing part 42 expands an order-received JIT product into components and generates JIT production component data of the JIT production components according to order-received data of the JIT product. When a market production component appears during the expansion, the market production component is not further expanded and data on the market production component are generated. A 2nd processing part 43 expands the order- received market product and the market production component corresponding to the data obtained by the 1st processing part 42 into components and generates data on the market production component obtained by the expansion according to the order-reception data on the market product and the data on the market production component. A 1st generation part 44 generates a production plan according to the JIT production component data and a 2nd generation part 45 generates a production plan according to the data obtained by the 2nd processing part 43.
