发明名称 FLAME-RETARDANT POLYPROPYLENE FIBER, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND FLAME-RETARDANT POLYPROPYLENE FILM
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polypropylene fiber having both of excellent flame-retardant properties and good fiber strength, and hardly causing a poisonous gas, and further to provide a method for producing the flame-retardant fiber, and a flame-retardant film having both of the excellent flame-retardant properties and good film strength. SOLUTION: An undrawn fiber obtained by mixing 0.5-3.0 wt.% NOR-type HALS- based stabilizer, and 0.5-3.0 wt.% phosphoric ester-based flame retardant with a polypropylene resin having 5-50 g/10 min melt flow rate and spinning the resultant mixture is drawn at 2-7 time draw ratio at 50-100 deg.C drawing temperature, and heat-set at 60-140 deg.C to provide the objective flame-retardant polypropylene-based fiber. The obtained flame-retardant polypropylene-based fiber has both of the sufficient fiber strength and the excellent flame retardancy because the fiber contains the NOR-type HALS-based stabilizer and the phosphoric ester-based flame retardant in the above range. The flame-retardant polypropylene film containing the NOR-type HALS-based stabilizer and the phosphoric ester-based flame retardant in the above range also has the strength and the flame retardancy in the same way as the fiber.</p>
