PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a guide hole 2 for a flexible conductive member formed on both side surface of a brush retraining frame may be damaged by the force exceeding permissible stress in disassembling or reassembling work. SOLUTION: A protrusion 7 meeting the center in the height wise direction is formed at the most stressed portion, of the inner surface of a bottom 6 of the brush retaining frame of which both side surfaces are formed with the guide hole 2 for delivering the flexible conductive member, respectively. By making the center of the protrusion 7 hollow, the mass of the brush retaining frame can be reduced without serious degradation in the strength.
