PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector valve with a rotatable spherical valve element to selectively make an inner passage in the valve element continuous with either one of flow-out passages provided in a valve body, capable of preventing excessive load applied to an O-ring preventing communication between the passages to improve its durability, allowing easy processing and assembling work for installation, preventing increase in slide resistance when switching the fluid passages, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: A spherical valve element 2 having at leas one inner passage 22 having at least one outflow port opened to an outer circumferential surface is contained in a valve body 3 having an inner circumferential surface corresponding to the outer form of the spherical valve element 2, and plural outflow passages 36 opened at a specified interval in a specified rotation direction of the valve element 2 so that they come into spherical contact with each other. An O-ring 5 is installed on an outer circumferential surface of the valve element 2 to cover the outflow port of the inner passage 22 in the valve element 2 for preventing mutual communication of the outflow passages 36 in the valve body 3.
