PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matters from entering a rod-less cylinder. SOLUTION: A cylinder tube 15 is provided on the back side of a base 10, and slit of the cylinder tube 15 is directed toward the back side. A piston freely reciprocating in the cylinder tube 15 is connected to a piston mount 23 through a piston yoke incorporated between an inner seal band and an outer seal band sealing the inside and outside of the slit, and the piston mount 23 is fitted with a reciprocating member 27 projected from the back side of the base 10 through the side surface side to the surface side. The reciprocating member 27 is driven by the piston under the condition where the base 10 covers the slit.
