PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make conform a peripheral block operated by a command from CUP or DSP to CPU or DSP conform to respective processing types of retaining and canceling an interruption inputted in interruption invalid time. SOLUTION: By providing this signal processor with a cancel circuit 5 for canceling the command from the CPU or DSP to a function macro 4 by an external interruption signal 2 and a selecting circuit 6 for selecting the validity or invalidity of the cancel circuit 5 by a selection signal 3, it is determined whether the command from CPU or DSP is to be transmitted to the function macro 4 or not.
