PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber bag in use for an oil fence, a rubber dam or a floating/sinking fish preserve, effectively preventive of burst without keeping supply of a fluid. SOLUTION: The rubber bag comprises a band rubber layer 6 having a slit non-bonded zone 3 in/from which the fluid is supplied/discharged and a reinforcing canvas 5 encircling the rubber layer 6. An auxiliary sheet 8 is bonded to an outer face 6a of the rubber layer 6, corresponding to at least an end 3a of the non-bonded zone 3.
