PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycle type revetment method which can recycle a board capable of growing the ecosystem to effectively use the resources without producing industrial wastes and easily move the ecosystem grown in a place suitable for growing the ecosystem to a necessary location. SOLUTION: A frame 2 is fitted to a surface of an existing concrete revetment, and the hollow board 1 for growing the ecosystem with a porous material 12 such as lava stuck to a surface thereof is fallen in to cover the surface of the revetment by the board. The board 1 for growing the ecosystem is not fixed to the frame 2 by a fixing member, etc., but fitted in an attachable/ detachable manner thereto/therefrom. The surface of the board 1 for growing the ecosystem is kept in a wet condition by the lava 12, mosses and aquatic plants grow, and small animals start to inhabit. The board 1 for growing the ecosystem of poor plant growing conditions is replaced by the board of good plant growing conditions, and the board 1 for growing the ecosystem installed in other rivers rich in the natural environment is transferred to the surface of the revetment of rivers in urban areas to change the surface of the revetment into the surface growing the ecosystem in a short time.
