PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese clothes in which a sleeve tucked up does not slip down soon, a sleeve can be tucked up with a simple motion, and a sleeve tucked up does not wrinkle nor cause damages, and which can be dressed in a free, interesting manner of wearing which is not seen in conventional Japanese clothes.
