PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating and feeding system for water in a pool or the like manufactured at a rather low cost, requiring a less installation space, and producing less wasteful drainage. SOLUTION: This circulating and feeding system comprises a normally circulating passage 2 for always circulating the water in a water tank such as the pool through a filter and an overflow circulating passage 3 for merging the overflowed water to the normally circulating passage 2 after once leading into a circulating water tank 11. When the circulating water tank 11 is overflowed, the water volume equivalent to the overflowed volume is fed to the circulating water tank 11.
