PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source control system capable of surely suppressing the use of radio equipment in a use inhibited area. SOLUTION: When the radio equipment 1 moves to a radio equipment use inhibited area, a base station sends out a power source control command to the radio equipment 1. In the radio equipment 1, a control part 13 receives the power source control command through a radio part 11 and a base band part 12. At the time of receiving the power source control command, the control part 13 instructs power source OFF to a power source control part 16 and performs the power source OFF of the radio equipment 1. At the time, the power source control command is preserved in a memory part 14 as a factor and control is performed so as not to react to power source ON from a key input part 18 in the case of the power source OFF by the power source control command.
