PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing system capable of efficiently providing information to target users according to information contents. SOLUTION: The information of a plurality of web sites is stored in a classified state according to the relevant attribute information. Registration patterns required by the web sites when registering information are stored in advance for publishing the information on the web sites. For distributing the information, the web sites classified to have relation with the information based on the attribute information of the information to be distributed are determined as addressees, and then, the information is processed compatibly with the registration patterns of these web sites. Since the distributed information is compatible with the registration patterns of the web sites, it is correctly published on the web sites. Since the addressees are determined according to the attributes of the information, the perusal of many end users who may have interest in the information of this kind can be expected.
