PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compact the battery post adapter itself and the battery terminal to be mounted on. SOLUTION: In the battery post adapter 12 which is mounted on the battery post 1 of a stud bolt type, a hexagonal flange part 13 for preventing the pulling out of the battery terminal as well as functioning as a fitting portion of an adapter tightening tool is provided at the top end of the tube shape battery terminal mounting portion 12a having at the inner circumference a female screw 12b to be screwed on the male screw 1a of the battery post.
