PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the number of part items and reduce a cost, even when a correction analog signal outputting means for outputting a correction analog signal in response to various physical quantities is required to be provided for the purpose of enhancing measuring precision. SOLUTION: A selection means selects anyone of a flow velocity analog signal S1 and the correction analog signals S2, S3 in order. An analog/digital converting means 12b analog/digital-converts the analog signal selected by the selection means to be output as a flow velocity digital signal or a correction digital signal.
