<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically exchange lease transaction information between a marketer and a leasing company. SOLUTION: The client device 11 of the marketer inputs an inquiry, an examination request, etc., by using the HTTPD server function 13 of a lease management server 12. An XML interface function 16 converts the inquiry and the request into an XML document and transmits the XML document to the Web server 21 of the leasing company with an HTTP. The HTTPD function 25 of the server 21 of the leasing company transfers the XML to an XML interface function 26, and the function 26 converts the XML document into the lease transaction information of a data structure proper to the leasing company and transfers the lease transaction information to a business system 22. Inquiry results and an examination answer are generated by utilizing the system 22, converted into an XML document and obtained from the marketer with an HTTP post method, and a person in charge of the marketer reads the inquiry results and the examination answer by using the device 11.</p> |
