PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously, communize and refer to variety of information of a building interior finish work site in time series in addition to immediate exchange, while utilizing internet and digital video camera image data bases based on and in addition to 'Plublic Utility Enterprise Support Integrated Information system (Architecture CALS/EC Preparation Keynot)' and 'Digital picture Control Information Standard (Plan)' advocated by the Ministry of Construction. SOLUTION: Information of the building interior finish work site 17 is sent to the internet server 4 in the office of the original contractor of building construction through a camera server 13 using a digital video camera 16. The internet server 4 records and accumulates the inspection record image data of a digital picture mode and digital animation mode in an image data base 1 in time series.
